About the Role
We're growing quickly and looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help define and scale the Outbuild brand through compelling storytelling, educational content, and customer-driven marketing. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands B2B SaaS marketing, and can create content that educates, engages, and drives pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Outbuild's annual and quarterly content calendar aligned to pipeline and product launch goals
- Own the editorial strategy across blog, email, website, social media, and customer-facing assets
- Translate ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and buyer journeys into content that meets prospects at each stage of the funnel
- Define and enforce brand voice and content standards across all departments
- Create high-quality long-form content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences
- Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing and Head of Marketing on campaign-level content strategy and messaging
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually aligned content assets
- Manage and brief external content contributors or agencies as needed
- Lead organic search strategy including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink development
- Track and report on content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, MQLs, conversions) using analytics tools
- Use data to continuously refine content strategy and prioritize high-impact topics
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop launch content, feature announcements, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Sales to produce enablement content including one-pagers, battle cards, and email templates
- Work with Customer Success to develop customer stories, testimonials, and retention-focused content
- Represent the marketing team in cross-departmental content initiatives
- Mentor Marketing Specialists and Associates on content best practices, writing quality, and editorial workflows
- Own the content review and approval process, maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Identify opportunities to build scalable content systems, templates, and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Experience creating customer-facing content including case studies and thought leadership
- Strong understanding of social media and organic content growth
- Experience writing conversion-focused website and email copy
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with video/content production workflows is a plus
- Construction technology, architecture, engineering, or industrial SaaS experience is a plus

Pay Range
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

Location
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are currently hiring in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
