Target content can be captured, analyzed, and transformed to derive intelligence and support investigation requirements—all delivered in a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform. About the role
We have an opening for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own Authentic8's content engine end-to-end. You will oversee the website, editorial calendar, orchestration of everything we publish, optimization, and how content moves ICPs from unaware to educated to converted. You’ll collaborate with our Product Marketing Manager, internal subject matter experts, customers, and external voices to orchestrate content—briefing experts, editing drafts, packaging their work, and turning each piece into a family of assets that reach every ICP across every channel.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, manage a Marketing Specialist, and partner with internal and external subject matter experts who fuel the content pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own the website:
- Serve as the primary owner of authentic8.com, accountable for its content, performance, and agility in updates
- Partner with internal operations and external web developers to plan, prioritize, and ship updates
- Manage the content roadmap across the homepage, product pages, use case pages, resource hub, and landing pages
- Keep the site fast, clean, and aligned to current positioning as messaging and products evolve
- Fix broken links, forms, tracking, and SEO issues while preventing regressions
- Set the content strategy:
- Own the content marketing roadmap and editorial calendar, aligned to ICP (segment + vertical + use case) and full-funnel buyer journey (awareness to conversion to retention and upsell)
- Identify content gaps and pitch new ideas grounded in ICP needs, competitive dynamics, and search demand
- Prioritize content based on pipeline impact, not opinions
- Orchestrate the content pipeline:
- Brief internal SMEs (Product, CTO, Sales, CS) and external voices (customers, partners, industry experts) to contribute drafts
- Edit, refine, and package SME-driven content into publishable assets: blog posts, videos, case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, and nurture emails
- Partner with external designers, video producers, and editors to scale output without compromising quality
- Ensure every asset connects to a buyer journey—no orphaned or siloed content
- Lead and develop the team:
- Manage a Marketing Specialist running the organic social program, setting priorities, coaching, and unblocking them
- Align organic social with the broader content strategy and asset library
- Build the content function as a repeatable, high-output engine, not a hero-driven scramble
- Integrate AI workflows to compound team productivity
- Optimize for search, AI, and humans:
- Execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO across the website, blog, and long-form assets
- Conduct keyword research covering paid and organic terms for products and competitors
- Optimize heading structure, semantic keyword density, meta descriptions, and schema
- Structure content to be LLM-scrapable and citable in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Build authority signals through third-party content placement
- Turn one asset into ten:
- Repurpose long-form content (whitepapers, webinars, podcasts) into blog series, LinkedIn carousels, email sequences, short-form video, and sales enablement snippets
- Use AI workflows to scale repurposing without losing quality or voice
- Daisy-chain smaller assets to drive deeper engagement and gated conversions
- Optimize for conversion at every stage:
- Optimize landing pages for tight CTA alignment, low cognitive load, clear pain/solution messaging, social proof, and single actions
- Test CTAs and offers by funnel stage (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Run A/B tests on pages, headlines, offers, and creative
- Improve scroll depth, dwell time, CTR, and bounce rate on key pages
- Report on what moves pipeline:
- Track content contribution to MQLs, opportunities, and revenue—not just traffic
- Distinguish bot/engine traffic from human intent
- Feed insights back into the content roadmap to double down on what converts

- Hands-on with AI tools for content repurposing, editing, and personalization at scale
- Proven track record of measurable content wins: organic traffic lift, ranking improvements, conversion rate gains, or pipeline contribution
