About the role
The successful candidate will lead the planning team in developing strategic plans that align with the company's long-term goals. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Oversee the planning process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes
- Manage planning projects from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, strategy development, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
- Experience leading large-scale planning initiatives
- Knowledge of industry best practices in planning and strategy development
- Experience with project management methodologies
