About the role

The successful candidate will lead the planning team in developing strategic plans that align with the company's long-term goals. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with company goals
  • Oversee the planning process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes
  • Manage planning projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, strategy development, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience leading large-scale planning initiatives
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in planning and strategy development
  • Experience with project management methodologies

Pay

  • $80,000 - $120,000 annually
