(Senior) Consulting Manager (f/m/d) FP&A

About the role

The Senior Manager (f/m/o) FP&A will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and analysis within the organization. Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for providing insightful financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members.
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor adherence to budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling tools.
• Experience with financial systems and software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
