About the role

The US Global Strategy team is part of the Clients, Strategy, & Growth (CS&G) organization, which shapes and develops organization-wide strategies to enable businesses to lead and grow in dynamic markets. The team focuses on guiding the US Firms' choices and decision-making on global topics, building relationships across the network, and shaping key initiatives to enhance the ability to serve clients seamlessly across borders.

In this role, you will define the US point-of-view and priorities for high-impact global initiatives through special projects. Key questions the team explores include:

  • How to foster collaboration with the UK to better serve clients of mutual interest
  • Opportunities to grow market-focused relationships in the UK and elsewhere
  • Evolving the delivery center strategy to meet growing demand for resource support in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Identifying where the US Firm's top clients are concentrated globally and developing resourcing strategies to serve them effectively
  • Assessing how the geopolitical/macroeconomic climate and professional services landscape impact potential investment opportunities in Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling storylines and client-ready deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) that clearly convey insights and recommendations
  • Create high-quality content for a senior audience using strong visual and written communication skills
  • Synthesize data into meaningful, evidence-based insights through critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Communicate complex, ambiguous concepts clearly to senior firm leadership
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Work independently and as part of a team to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others
  • Build and sustain professional relationships
  • Meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and quality

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Interest in global issues and opportunities (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Pay

The wage range for this role is $93,000 to $171,300, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
