Senior Consultant, US Global Strategy
About the role
The US Global Strategy team is part of the Clients, Strategy, & Growth (CS&G) organization, which shapes and develops organization-wide strategies to help businesses lead and grow in dynamic markets. The team focuses on guiding the US Firms' choices and decision-making on global topics, building relationships across the network, and shaping key initiatives to enhance the ability to serve clients seamlessly across borders.
Team members define the US point-of-view and priorities for high-impact global initiatives through special projects, exploring questions such as:
- How to foster collaboration with the UK to better serve clients of mutual interest
- Opportunities to grow market-focused relationships in the UK and elsewhere
- Evolving the delivery center strategy to meet growing demand for resource support in the Asia-Pacific region
- Where the US Firm's top clients are concentrated globally and what resourcing strategies will enable effective service
- How the geopolitical/macroeconomic climate and professional services landscape impact potential investment opportunities in Latin America
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling storylines and client-ready deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) that clearly convey insights and recommendations
- Create high-quality content for a senior audience with strong visual and written communication skills
- Synthesize data into meaningful, evidence-based insights using critical thinking and analytical skills
- Communicate complex, ambiguous concepts clearly to senior firm leadership
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Build and sustain professional relationships
- Provide clear guidance to others and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Interest in global issues and opportunities preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Pay
The wage range for this role is $93,000 to $171,300, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
