About the role

The US Global Strategy team is part of the Clients, Strategy, & Growth (CS&G) organization, which shapes and develops organization-wide strategies to help businesses lead and grow in dynamic markets. The team focuses on guiding the US Firms' choices and decision-making on global topics, building relationships across the network, and shaping key initiatives to enhance cross-border client service.

This role involves defining the US point-of-view and priorities for high-impact global initiatives through special projects. Key questions the team explores include:

  • Fostering collaboration with the UK to better serve mutual clients and growing market-focused relationships in the UK and elsewhere.
  • Evolving the delivery center strategy to meet growing demand for resource support in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Identifying the global concentration of the US Firm's top clients and developing resourcing strategies to serve them effectively.
  • Assessing how the geopolitical/macroeconomic climate and professional services landscape impact investment opportunities in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling storylines and client-ready deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) that convey insights and recommendations.
  • Create high-quality content for senior audiences with clear visual and written communication.
  • Synthesize data into meaningful, evidence-based insights through critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Interact confidently with senior firm leadership to communicate complex, ambiguous concepts.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on global initiatives.
  • Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships while providing clear guidance to others.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Interest in global issues and opportunities (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $93,000 to $171,300, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
