Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to improve supplier relationships and reduce costs.
- Lead procurement transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in procurement.
- Manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with procurement software and tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
- Understanding of cost reduction methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
