Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes, leads, and participates in efforts to ensure the team keeps pace in the evolution of technology and consulting including AI, systems, and trends.
  • Provides direction, feedback, and leadership in an environment of rapid change.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives within the organization by identifying areas for enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Proposes tailored solutions that are linked to client business needs.
  • Collaborates closely with finance, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Organizes, establishes, and monitors progress on project work plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Escalates issues with timeline, scope and budget to engagement manager and/or industry leader.
  • Serves as a lead in services and business development maturity including asset and methodology design and upkeep.
  • Trains, mentors and/or serves as performance coach to Consultant I’s and Consultant II’s. Delegates and leverages work to ensure staff development.
  • Performs emergency on-site or remote support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry experience focused on the financial and/or accounting space.
  • Implementation experience with Sage Intacct (experience with an equivalent Cloud-based technology may also be considered).
  • Openly discusses real or potential problems with clients or project team members, listening, comprehending, confirming, and representing client requirements with various levels of stakeholder.
  • Occasional Monday through Friday travel required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
  • Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
  • Experience in the NGE (Non-Profit, Government, and Education) or Healthcare industry.
  • Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
