About the role
Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP (BT) is seeking a Sage Intacct Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously to deliver high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, design solutions, configure Sage Intacct, and train end-users
- Implement Sage Intacct advanced modules and stay updated with the latest product features and enhancements
- Create and deploy implementation project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion
- Mentor less experienced implementation resources and provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring
- Document customer business requirements and develop industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate effectively with customers, aligning with their goals and requests
- Network and build strong relationships internally and with clients
- Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS (general understanding of accounting terms through previous courses or experience)
- Three (3) or more years of experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Initiative, adaptability, and Microsoft Suite skills
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Skills
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct advanced modules
- Experience with ERP/financial applications and/or SaaS solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- Microsoft Suite skills

Pay
The pay rate range for this job position is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.
