Senior Consultant - Sage Intacct Implementation
About the role
Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Sage Intacct Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work for a leading professional services firm committed to the success of both clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously to deliver high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, design solutions, configure Sage Intacct, train users, and document business processes
- Implement Sage Intacct advanced modules and stay updated with the latest product features and enhancements
- Create and deploy industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards
- Provide technical support and training to customer end-users
- Coordinate project execution and completion with various teams within the firm
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to align with customer goals and requests
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge repository
- Network and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS (general understanding of accounting terms through previous courses or experience)
- Three (3) or more years of experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in accounting or IT are a plus
- Experience with other ERP systems is a plus
Skills
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and other ERP/financial applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor and coach junior staff

Pay
The pay rate range for this position is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.
