About the role

Armanino is a leading firm that offers a unique work environment where your passions, work, and personal life can overlap. We are seeking a Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to assist our clients in successfully managing and implementing Sage Intacct.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document system and business requirements
  • Set up system and configure according to customer requirements
  • Create test scripts for customers' testing phase
  • Train end users on the Intacct system
  • Aid customers with data conversions
  • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Intacct tools
  • Set up and configure third-party integration tools
  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support to coordinate project tasks
  • Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customers
  • Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery
  • Continuously develop skillsets and knowledge of Sage Intacct as the solution evolves

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Sage Intacct implementations including installation, configuration, and training
  • Focus on driving customer outcomes and aligning high-quality, timely solutions to customer needs
  • Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think “outside-the-box” to resolve problems
  • Collaborative skills: must be able to engage internal resources across functional departments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $103,600 - $141,100 for Colorado residents, $109,000 - $155,100 for Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, and $119,300 - $162,200 for Northern California residents. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.

Schedule

Our ideal candidate will be available to work full-time.

Qualifications

Must have experience in Nonprofit, Professional Services, Family Office, Financial Services, and/or Healthcare industries.
