Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for Fortune 100 companies
  • Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Commercial Pharma AI
  • Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service
  • Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOps, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader
  • Translate commercial business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases
  • Act as the liaison between data science teams and marketing/sales leaders to ensure insights are commercially relevant
  • Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives
  • Embed analytics into day-to-day commercial execution through CRM and marketing platforms
  • Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 72+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high quality project outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform methods of delivery to show 30%+ efficiency
  • Strong in logical reasoning, structuring analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations
  • Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels, resolving escalations
  • Hungry to grow client relationship globally with the right systems, processes and team structures
  • Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive client QBRs & MBRs
  • Curious to upskill and be agile to the changing Tech environment globally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • 1+ year in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
  • Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals
  • Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
