About the Role

The Legal Solutions Center is a specialized team within Business Insurance – Legal Services, where non-attorney legal professionals apply sharp judgment, deep subject matter expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement to support attorneys and business partners across compliance, product, marketing, and underwriting. As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage a sophisticated and varied portfolio — from regulatory research and compliance-workflow management to the stewardship of regulated processes and contract review — with minimal oversight. You lead projects that advance the team's strategic priorities, and you are comfortable stepping into a leadership role within the team. You lead by example, willingly share your knowledge, and invest in the growth of colleagues while maintaining your own contributions and the collaborative spirit of the team.

You bring proven paralegal or compliance experience, strong critical thinking, and the organizational discipline to manage competing priorities without close supervision. You communicate clearly with both legal and business audiences, take ownership of your work from start to finish, and use AI tools critically in day-to-day work — validating machine-generated output, curating reliable reference knowledge, and refining prompts to achieve dependable results. You will help encode and steward the team's regulated workflows as we integrate AI responsibly into daily work.
