Senior Consultant - Gen Lab
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Federal Consulting team. This role will involve designing, configuring, activating, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years total combined related work experience.
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.
- 1 year of overall experience in relevant clinician or practitioner, functional or technical roles.
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Federal Clinical Laboratory products is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Backend build experience in PathNet or other similar areas.
- Experience in any of the following: Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, Medical Device Interfaces.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
