Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

The team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest challenges affecting customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic solution archetypes that leverage available agentic and cloud technology to demonstrate use cases or scenarios.
• Document solutions using LucidChart or similar tools and advise the engineering team on development based around the archetype.
• Interview and coordinate with other agentic solution development teams to learn and evangelize best practices and emerging trends.
• Research and explore market innovations and advancements in this rapidly evolving space, including new models, platforms, packages, frameworks, and standards (such as A2A, A2UI, MCP, OTEL, swarms, etc.).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting and/or Customer operate/implement experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on solution engineering experience on at least one hyperscaler cloud (AWS or GCP preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on work, clients, and industries served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing global service delivery from multiple centers.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, etc.).
• Expertise in an industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Media).
• Experience presenting to clients or decision-makers to sell ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable using AI development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 - $170,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
