Senior Consultant EPM - US (m/f/d)
About the role
Working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, you ensure value realization while living our OneTeam mindset and strong focus on customer success.
Responsibilities
- Act as EPM point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, providing strategic and conceptual guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with C-level, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business objectives into Jedox solutions and support organizational change processes.
- Develop customized EPM concepts: Design customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Lead design & requirement workshops: Convert business needs into scalable, actionable solution designs by leading structured design and requirements workshops.
- Drive end-to-end implementation: Ensure that drive solutions are implemented successfully, providing measurable business value and sustainable customer adoption.
- Manage complex project landscapes: Use modern project management tools to manage complex, parallel project workstreams, including timelines, resources, risks, quality and transparent documentation.
- Shape solution architecture: Contribute to scalable Jedox solution architectures and influence product development through structured customer feedback and innovation input.
- Coach and mentor consultants: Support junior consultants and work closely with the Go-To-Market teams, in line with the #OneTeam and customer success cultures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with software that supports collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes
- Project management experience or experience of working in a Scrum team
- Strong service orientation and collaborative working style
- Collegial, open and down-to-earth personality
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
