Senior Consultant – Change Management
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to map content to appropriate headings.
We have:
- About Us: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have "Day in the Life" which is responsibilities. So we can put that under Responsibilities
with a - list.
We have "What's In It For You" which includes professional & personal, live collaboration mentoring etc. That could be Benefits? Actually benefits are listed later under Compensation section: "Compensation The salary range..." and "In Addition, We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package". So we can have Pay section for salary range, Benefits section for benefits list.
We have "Preferred Qualifications" which is qualifications/requirements. So we can put that under
Qualifications
(or Requirements). The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications; we can choose Qualifications.
We also have "About Us" which could be "About the role"? But it's about company. Could we put under About the role
? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include About the role if we have content describing the role. The "About Us" is more about company, but we could still put it under About the role? Might be okay. However we also have "Day in the Life" which is responsibilities. So we could have About the role summarizing the role (maybe from first paragraph: "We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team in New York." plus some description). But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the About Us content somewhere. If we put it under About the role, we are preserving it. That seems acceptable.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We might also include "What's In It For You" content about professional & personal, live collaboration mentoring etc. That could be under Benefits or maybe under a separate section like "What's In It For You" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Benefits or maybe under "About the role". But we already captured benefits. The "What's In It For You" includes: "Join a dynamic team with a Start-Up atmosphere supported by strong roots of 30 years of successful business in Europe. If you are looking for a fast-paced working environment with exciting and innovative mandates around business transformation and if you are enjoying working closely with great colleagues and great clients, then this is a unique opportunity for you. Live Collaboration Mentoring from senior professionals and engagement in an active exchange of knowledge with over 600 consultants worldwide in forums and special expertise groups."
This is more about benefits/culture. Could be placed under Benefits as additional bullet points. But we already have benefits list; we could add more bullets: "Dynamic team with start-up atmosphere backed by 30 years of European success", "Fast-paced environment with exciting innovative mandates around business transformation", "Opportunity to work closely with great colleagues and clients", "Excellent project work and trusting atmosphere with colleagues and supervisors", "Challenged to contribute to impactful projects across Project, Program, and Portfolio Management service spectrum", "Mentoring from senior professionals", "Engagement in active exchange of knowledge with over 600 consultants worldwide in forums and special expertise groups."
We should preserve all substantive info, so we need to include those. We can add them to Benefits as additional - items.
Thus Benefits section will have many items.
We must not repeat any content. Ensure we didn't miss any.
Check original text:
About Us paragraph (first). Then "Our Values Passion..." etc. That's values; we could include under About the role or maybe separate but not needed. The values are substantive; we should preserve them. They are not captured yet. We need to include them somewhere. Could add to About the role paragraph after the initial description. Let's incorporate them.
Our Values: Passion, Diversity, Respect with descriptions. We'll add as a
maybe under About the role or separate section like "Values". But allowed headings only include those listed; we could put under About the role as a list.
Thus About the role will have paragraphs and maybe a list for values.
We must not create headings not listed; we can embed lists inside About the role.
Thus final HTML:

Let's make a difference together! We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team in New York.
Our Values:
- Passion – We approach every single project with enthusiasm – we thrive on new challenges and taking the perspective of our clients and their people.
- Diversity – We value the diversity of the people in our company – irrespective of nationality, family situation, sexual orientation, religion, or age. Our diversity benefits us all – we want to see things from your perspective!
- Respect – We treat each other with respect and as equals – regardless of our age, position in the hierarchy, or role in the company. We’re all on first name terms and are always available for our colleagues.
Then Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits.
Check for any other content: "Day in the Life" we used. "What's In It For You" we incorporated partly into Benefits; also we have "Professional & Personal" etc. We'll add those as bullets under Benefits.
Also there is "Live Collaboration Mentoring from senior professionals and engagement in an active exchange of knowledge with over 600 consultants worldwide in forums and special expertise groups." Already added.
Also "Professional & Personal You can expect excellent project work and a trusting atmosphere with your colleagues supervisors where you are challenged to contribute to impactful projects across the Project, Program, and Portfolio Management service spectrum of our NY-based team." We'll add as bullet.
Also "Join a dynamic team with a Start-Up atmosphere supported by strong roots of 30 years of successful business in Europe. We'll add as bullet.
Thus Benefits list will be long.
Check for duplication: we already have "Attractive health benefits", "Annual company trip and regular team events". Good.
Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO statement at end: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sex, affectional or sexual orientation." That's EEO boilerplate; we must remove it. So we will not include that.
