We are seeking an ambitious and driven Change Management Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Adoption organization. In this high-visibility, US-based role, you will lead end-to-end organizational change management initiatives to validate the end user experience, capture feedback, and drive product enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle. Serving as the critical bridge between technical design and human adoption, you will partner with corporate stakeholders and early adopters across Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and empowering transition to modernized travel-related processes for employees across the region.

This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible, lasting impact within a globally recognized, people-first organization that is accelerating its innovative footprint. You will work at the intersection of technology, finance transformation, and human experience — shaping how employees across the region embrace the future of work. With high visibility, meaningful cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence product development from the ground up, this role offers both professional growth and the satisfaction of driving real, measurable change.
