About the role
This role blends strategy and technical execution. You’ll lead CDP initiatives end-to-end, designing, configuring, and activating solutions across platforms like Adobe, Tealium, Hightouch, and more. You’ll focus on outcomes, not output, and bring fresh thinking to both your clients and your teammates.
Responsibilities
- Lead CDP client engagements end-to-end, from defining strategy and solution approach to designing, implementing, and activating CDP solutions
- Guide clients on data governance, privacy, and CDP best practices, while shaping roadmaps for scaling personalization and activation capabilities
- Define solution approaches and scopes of work, managing delivery to align with client expectations, timelines, and outcomes
- Maintain high-quality delivery by reviewing work, resolving issues, and mentoring team members on CDP best practices
- Enable client teams and strengthen internal practices through reusable frameworks, QA processes, and training
- Stay current on CDP trends and share insights through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and client-facing contributions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe CDP, including building audiences and activating customer data
- 5+ years working with CDPs in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of audience strategy and activation, with the ability to translate business needs into effective CDP solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and build trust with client teams. You’re as comfortable in a client conversation as you are in the platform.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations, influence decisions, and translate CDP capabilities into business value
Qualifications
- A consultative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex client challenges
- Experience leading conversations with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and translating technical concepts into business value
- Comfort working across both strategy and execution, from shaping solution approaches and scopes of work to delivering and guiding implementations
- Deep expertise in how customer data is structured, unified, and activated across channels, and how CDPs integrate into the broader marketing ecosystem
- Experience applying CDP concepts across platforms such as Tealium, Hightouch, or similar tools, and staying current on evolving trends and privacy considerations

Pay
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually DOE
