We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who we are" and "Job Overview". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content: Who we are (company description) maybe "About the company"? Not listed but we could use "About the role"? Actually "Who we are" is about company. Could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can create a section like "About the company" but not in list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples, but we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have "Who we are" could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we can treat it as "About the role" describing the role and company. Or we could omit that section and just start with Responsibilities etc. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could put it in a

under a heading like "About the company". But that heading is not in the examples but maybe allowed. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to use those headings where we have content. We have responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). We have qualifications/experience (Preferred Experience, Demonstrated Expertise, Additional Skills). We have compensation (Compensation). We have benefits (benefits description). We have schedule? Travel up to 10% maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule. Could include Schedule section if we have travel %? Might be considered schedule. But we have no explicit schedule like full-time, hours. Travel up to 10% could be under Schedule? Might be okay. But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It does state travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events. That's schedule-related. So we can include Schedule heading with that detail. We also have Pay section: Compensation details. Benefits: description of benefits. Skills: Additional Skills (a plus) maybe also Demonstrated Expertise includes skills. Could combine. Requirements: Preferred Experience (at least one of the below) and Demonstrated Expertise (maybe qualifications). We'll create Requirements section for Preferred Experience and maybe Demonstrated Expertise as Qualifications? Actually Qualifications could be Demonstrated Expertise. We'll split: Requirements = Preferred Experience (minimum years etc). Qualifications = Demonstrated Expertise (communication, Excel, etc). Skills = Additional Skills (a plus). Could also include some skills under Qualifications but okay. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, job overview, responsibilities, specific duties, preferred experience, demonstrated expertise, additional skills, compensation, benefits, travel (schedule). Also maybe mention "Work closely with internal teams..." etc under responsibilities. We need to format using

headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

maybe includes Who we are and Job Overview combined? Could be two paragraphs. Better:

    About the role

    Who we are: ...

    Job Overview: ...

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet from Key Responsibilities and Specific Duties combined? We'll list all duties. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can combine similar items but not lose detail. Might be long but okay. We'll extract each bullet from Key Responsibilities (list of items) and Specific Duties (list). We'll combine into one list. Key Responsibilities items: - Client Advisory: Serve as Sr. Advisor in client facing role, advising technology leadership on sourcing, deployment and value engineering of technology products and services. Help our clients to get maximum value out of the IT services they consume. - Client Ownership & Engagement Management: Own the end-to-end relationship for assigned clients. Define scope and strategy clearly so clients understand what is being delivered, distinguish in-scope work from billable professional services, and staff each project with the right consultants and practice leads. - Presales & Client Kickoff: Join presales calls with the business development team to vet prospective clients and identify monetization opportunities. Run kickoff calls that introduce the Resourcive process and team, establish the appropriate engagement model, and set the initial meeting cadence. - Governance: Run governance calls on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence with senior client sponsors, reporting milestone progress, impact, timing, and strategy to both the client and their private equity owners. - Opportunity Identification & Scope Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities to grow engagements beyond the initial initiative. This depends on active, sometimes uncomfortable, listening rather than selling, probing the client roadmap, PE sale cycle, vendor relationships, and capability gaps Resourcive can fill. - Team Leadership: Manage a team of consultants and an implementation manager. Run daily standups where team members arrive with completed deliverables for review, set weekly expectations for agendas and next steps, hold weekly 1:1 deal rundowns across each person’s book of work, review deliverable quality, and handle standard supervisory duties such as reviews and time-off. - Cross-Practice Coordination: Work with technology practice leads and subject-matter engineers to determine when and how they engage on client initiatives, often across several concurrent projects for a single client. - Resource & Milestone Management: Track what is due, by whom, and when, across both direct reports and practice leads who do not report to you, holding the extended team accountable to the timeline. - Statement of Work (SOW) Management: Build, scope, negotiate, and close SOWs for professional services fees, managing each like any other project through to signature. - Deal Registration & Escalation: Resolve deal registration and compensation conflicts within the channel model, and serve as the escalation point for team and channel challenges. - Technical & Financial Analysis: Review large volumes of spend and technology data, with team support, to build assessments, identify trends and interdependencies, and organize findings into clear, recommended strategies for the client. - Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with C-level, technical, finance, and PE stakeholders, translating the same initiative appropriately for each audience and presenting polished materials, largely on camera in a remote environment. - Practice & Channel Development: Contribute to working on the business by identifying new technology focus areas, addressing process bottlenecks, maintaining channel-manager relationships, and finding ways to expand wallet share through the ScanSource relationship. - Process Improvement: Work with VP of Engagement Team to improve process, training, documentation, and required deliverables or templates. - Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM and reporting to manage performance, drive adoption, and ensure data accuracy. Specific Duties: - Promote and support the Resourcive culture and professional environment. - Mentor and support the professional development of consultants. - Deliver outcomes that create business value through clients’ sourcing and implementation of technology solutions, evidenced by positive feedback and client referrals. - Manage the team to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue production targets. - Work closely with internal teams, practice leads, and vendors to support client needs and deliver optimal solutions. - Travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events. We'll include travel under Schedule later, but could also be in responsibilities. We'll keep travel under Schedule. Now Requirements: Preferred Experience (at least one of the below): - Minimum of 10 years of sales or consulting experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, cloud, or IT consulting - Proven track record in managing C-level client relationships and leading a team - Experience identifying and developing new revenue streams within client engagements - Strong background in enterprise technology procurement and implementation We'll list as
. Qualifications: Demonstrated Expertise: - Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to distill months of progress into a clear, concise summary of status, impact, timing, and strategy - Strong Microsoft Excel skills for hands-on data and spend analysis, and strong PowerPoint skills for client-ready decks - Ability to manage, coach, and hold people accountable, including practice leads and SMEs who are not direct reports - Comfort operating at both altitudes: holistic client strategy and detailed, hands-on analysis - Excellent time management and fluid context-switching across a dense, back-to-back calendar - Active listening, curiosity, and the confidence to ask probing questions and think on your feet - A genuine advisory presence that builds trust quickly, as a partner rather than a vendor - Bias toward fast iteration, producing an initial product quickly and refining it rather than over-deliberating - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines We'll list. Skills: Additional Skills (a plus): - Broad technical fluency across voice, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, contact center, and a basic understanding of enterprise software (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), with enough depth in a few areas to hold a credible conversation with technical or C-suite stakeholders - Understanding of the telecom/technology channel model, deal registration, and SOW development - Experience in financial modeling, cost impact analysis, and procurement - Special Operations veteran background Now Compensation:

        Pay

Base Range : $100,000 - $130,000 and total compensation range $140,000 - $170,000. Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. For non-sales roles and sales roles with a variable component, total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets.

        Benefits:

        Benefits

Our employees enjoy a variety of comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching provision. Outside of CA, ScanSource grants 128 hours of paid time off (PTO) each calendar year (prorated for date of hire). In the state of CA, employees accrue a set number of hours each pay period equaling the same 128 hours of PTO. ScanSource also celebrates 10 paid company holidays.

        Schedule:

        Schedule

Travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events.

We also need to include the "Who we are" and "Job Overview" maybe under About the role. Let's craft About the role section:

        About the role

Who we are: Resourcive is an independent firm of telecom and IT experts and consultants, and part of the ScanSource family of companies. Our strategic, vendor-agnostic approach helps businesses reduce the expense and complexity of their telecom and IT infrastructure. We work primarily with private-equity-owned, high-growth companies in the mid-market and enterprise space.

Job Overview: The Senior Consultant owns assigned client relationships end to end, from initial scoping and kickoff through governance, delivery, and scope expansion. You will lead a team of consultants and an implementation manager, coordinate the technology practice leads engaged on your accounts, and act as the primary point of contact
