About the role

H2C is performing a Nuclear Leadership Academy designed to build leaders who model nuclear professionalism, strengthen safety culture, foster collaboration, and drive high-reliability performance utilizing H2C’s Values & Behaviors. This role will support the H2C leadership team by providing keynote speakers for the Nuclear Leadership Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive keynote speakers to leadership development programs
• Develop leadership skills in participants
• Promote nuclear professionalism
• Enhance safety culture within the organization
• Encourage collaboration and high-reliability performance
• Mentor other leadership professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (additional experience can be considered in lieu of education)
• U.S. Citizenship (due to federal contract security requirements)
• Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance if required
• 25+ years of related experience
• Extended experience with nuclear programs/facilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills
• Experience with Government programs and standards
• Experience with DOE Nuclear Waste programs and standards
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing (marijuana use is prohibited under Federal Law)
