SENIOR CONSULTANT

About the role

We are an innovative startup collaborating with leading enterprise companies in Italy and abroad to solve the most challenging issues for our clients, offering services and solutions in consulting, digital, technology, and operations. We are leaders in IT services and specialize in Cloud-Native technologies (both Open-Source and proprietary).

The Senior Consultant in Integration will act as a Team Leader, supervising, guiding, and motivating a team of approximately 4 people to work together and ensure adequate performance. The role reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the training and development of team members on integration and cloud-native technologies
• Draft and review technical documentation
• Maintain continuous technical growth to remain an internal reference on new technologies

• Kubernetes
• Primary Cloud Providers and their cloud service types
• Other key cloud-native technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics
• Excellent ability to design and plan integration solutions in a Cloud environment
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and related access tools
• Strong knowledge of Docker container technology
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Good programming skills in an Enterprise context with an end-to-end project vision
• Good understanding of SOA and Microservices architectures
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Optional but preferred: knowledge of TIBCO technologies (BW, BE, BPM, or others)
