The position may be based at any MarshBerry office location and follows a hybrid schedule: in‑office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The Senior Consultant will manage and execute financial and organic growth consulting engagements, working with client leadership to understand business goals and identify MarshBerry services (e.g., strategic planning, perpetuation planning, sales or talent advisory) to help meet those goals, and will focus on building and maintaining client relationships to position MarshBerry as a strategic business partner.
