As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting clients through strategic initiatives that drive meaningful business transformation. You'll contribute to project delivery across the full engagement lifecycle, helping analyze complex challenges, develop practical solutions, and support implementation efforts that create measurable results. This role offers broad exposure across multiple service areas, including: Process & Digital AccelerationDesigning and improving systems and processes that enhance efficiency and enable scalable growthCustomer-Centric Growth & Organizational EnablementIdentifying and prioritizing customer and market opportunities (B2B and B2C) that drive business impact, while enabling business strategies through human-centered design and organizational enablementData Connectivity & IntelligenceLeveraging data to support decision-making through analytics, dashboards, integrations, and emerging AI-enabled solutions You'll work closely with clients and project leaders, combining analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to help organizations achieve their objectives. Key Responsibilities Support client engagements and workstreams from discovery through implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes. Analyze business processes, operational challenges, and data to identify insights and develop practical recommendations. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research activities to gather information and build alignment. Develop presentations, analyses, business cases, process maps, and other client-facing materials. Support operational improvement, transformation, and change initiatives by helping define strategies and implementation plans. Assist in the development of KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting tools to track results. Contribute to technology evaluations, process improvement efforts, and system implementation activities. Support change management, training, and organizational enablement activities that help drive adoption and sustainable outcomes. Build strong working relationships with clients and internal team members through responsiveness, professionalism, and quality service delivery. Qualifications 2+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience supporting the delivery of strategic or transformation initiatives. Experience contributing to projects in one or more of the following areas:Process Transformation & Operational ExcellenceStrategic Program ManagementTechnology Enablement & Digital TransformationPeople, Culture & Organizational Change EnablementProgram Management Office (PMO) Design & Portfolio ManagementData Analysis & Decision SupportCustomer Experience & Market Growth StrategyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required for data analysis, visualization, and executive-ready presentations; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations, tailoring narratives to diverse stakeholder audiences and effectively communicating recommendations with senior executives that drive informed decision-making and business impact. Experience managing individual workstreams and priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Familiarity with project management approaches such as Agile, Lean, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of an organization. Flexibility to support client engagements on-site up to three days per week, typically within the San Diego region. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Compensation Project-Based Hourly W2 at $60-75/hour; benefits eligible.
