Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- This role combines client engagement, technical diagnostics, data analysis, and coordination of deployments to support business-critical applications.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
- Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: .Net; Java; Python; SQL; Oracle; GCP – Cloud Computing; PostgreSQL; ReactJs; NodeJS; Rally; ServiceNow; LaunchDarkly; Splunk; GitHub Copilot; Postman, and; Kubernetes.
- Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required.
- May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
