Senior Consultant

About the role

You lead the analysis of the performance of an organization, focusing on innovation, purchasing, supply chain, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with clients to identify and assess avenues for improvement.
• Support the implementation of recommendations through direct interaction with client's operational teams.
• Supervise junior consultants for certain analyses and contribute to project management under your manager's guidance.
• Present actions and progress to Steering Committees and Management Committees.

Requirements

• Graduate with an engineering or management background, with 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or consulting on similar subjects.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in diverse cultural and professional settings.
• Rigorous, analytical, and skilled in interpersonal communication.
• Mastery of office tools.
• Geographically mobile within France and internationally.
• Fluency in English, and fluency in another foreign language is preferred.
