Senior Consultant – Accounting Advisory (Operational Accounting/Controller)

About the role

The Senior Consultant will provide strategic accounting advisory services to clients in the Operational Accounting/Controller space. This role involves deep analysis of financial data, development of financial models, and implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and develop financial models to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide training and guidance on financial management and control systems.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in the Operational Accounting/Controller space is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
