Responsibilities
- Directly manage, hire, and onboard a team of engineers and field professionals
- Ensure effective team structure and resource deployment across projects
- Monitor team well-being and engagement in a high-travel environment
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and coaching
- Provide mentorship and career development planning for team members
- Develop quality control strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Collaborate across the business to establish best-in-class quality control and safety strategies
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10 years of experience in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure construction
- 4 years managing construction inspection and quality teams
- DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred
