Senior Construction Project Manager - Highrise Affordable Housing Experience

About the role

We are a respected, family owned GC based out of the Bronx focusing on multi-million dollar ground-up high-rise residential projects in the 5 Boroughs and Westchester County. We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead PM with soup to nuts experience looking that's excited about big housing projects in the great city of NYC.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager - Ground Up Affordable Housing with experience in 120-500 Million Dollar Projects, Residential High Rise and Lump Sum Experience in NYC Preferred.

Pay

Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year
