About the role

• Lead complex construction projects from concept through completion
• Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and budgets
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is realized
• Facilitate communication between project team members and external parties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
