Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Cook up due diligence efforts and maintain necessary documentation
• Guide teams through design implementation and signoff processes
• Create and manage comprehensive project budgets and master schedules
• Manage vendor selection processes through RFP preparation
• Facilitate key project meetings and ensure clear communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong technical knowledge in architectural drawings and space planning
• Highly organized with advanced analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executive-level clients

• $117,810 – $144,210 annually
