Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of construction projects
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proven collaboration with diverse teams
• Problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
