About the role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead complex construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline constraints. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans that align with client goals and company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budget management, risk assessment, and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and safety
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain positive working relationships and ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
