Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout.
About the Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage preconstruction activities including site analysis, cost estimating, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and support project success.
- Ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are managed effectively throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-profile commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, AIA, or Lean Construction.
