About the role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex projects in Northern Michigan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Develop and maintain project plans and reports
• Ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards
• Communicate project status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project risk management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
