Senior Construction PM | HVAC & Boiler Projects | Up to $68.78/hr | Five month contract

Our client, a leading engineering and industrial project organization, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their Capital Projects team supporting large-scale construction, facility, and infrastructure initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction projects from planning through execution across multiple U.S. locations.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, schedules, and logic-based project plans.
• Coordinate project meetings, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with procurement teams to support bidding, vendor selection, and contract execution.
• Provide technical oversight for HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems while ensuring project goals, schedules, and budgets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience managing capital projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, boiler, and mechanical building systems.
• Experience supporting projects within manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, estimating, and project scheduling tools.

Pay

$62.70 - $68.78 per hour

• In-Office with 35-50% National Travel
• Contract Assignment
