Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading construction projects of increasing complexity (7-10 years preferred)
- Data Center experience is a plus
- Multi-prime or alternate procurement delivery experience is preferred
- Experience with Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 is preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is required
Expected travel is 10% but may grow and evolve over time.
