William Charles Electric, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support assigned renewables and power delivery projects. The Senior Construction Manager oversees the full scope of assigned renewables and power delivery projects, providing leadership across all key disciplines. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire construction site operation, ensuring seamless integration of all workstreams to deliver safe, high-quality, and on-schedule renewable energy projects. Your role will vary by project and client, offering a dynamic and rewarding challenge with each new project. Travel & Project Assignment: You can live in any city or state in the continental United States. This is a traveling position encompassing work sites primarily in the Midwest, but may include Eastern and Western states. Must be capable of up to 75% travel (e.g. 3 weeks per month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing. A Corporate credit card for travel expenses will be issued to you. Travel for this position will be expensed thru the company expense system. You will be responsible for maintaining expense records and receipts, and completing the monthly the monthly transactions in Concur.
