For our client, we are seeking a Senior Construction Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $97,000 – $105,000 annually Responsibilities Provide independent construction risk advisory and due diligence services Lead construction loan monitoring and reporting activities through site inspections and evaluations Assess project performance and proactively identify risk based on project controls and documentation Manage relationships and represent the company as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience Several years of hands-on experience in overseeing or consulting on construction projects Strong understanding of construction practices, project delivery, budgets, schedules, and contracts Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and documentation across multiple disciplines Demonstrated skills in evaluating project budgets and risk assessment Benefits Remote work flexibility with the requirement to be based in the Eastern U.S Opportunities for professional growth within a global organization Exposure to a wide range of development projects across diverse asset classes Collaboration with a respected team of professionals in the field The chance to contribute to the evolution of the U.S. Development Advisory practice Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
