The Job

The Senior Configurations Specialist QNXT - SCAN Temp will provide strategic guidance and support to the Configuration Department, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating knowledge sharing. Will lead initiatives to improve processing accuracy by leveraging effective system configuration, automation, and process optimization across organizational departments. This role will oversee the end-to-end planning, development, testing, and implementation of system configuration changes, enhancements, and replacements to ensure alignment with operational goals.

• Lead IKA & QNXT claims processing improvement projects and maximize departmental effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration and ongoing process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of related experience with QNXT in the health plan, health care or related industry is required.
