About the role
The Senior Configuration Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration management processes within the organization. They ensure that all systems and applications are properly configured and maintained according to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration management processes for all systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve configuration issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in configuration management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration management roles.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and configuration management tools such as ConfigMgr, TFS, etc.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud-based configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
