Senior Configuration Manager

About the role

Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration management of developmental and operational systems, working closely with both development and operations teams to create and maintain configuration baselines. They will also develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain configuration baselines for developmental and operational systems
• Implement CM discipline throughout the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements to end-of-life
• Perform change control and configuration audits
• Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Eight (8) years’ experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6)

$168,000 to $240,000
