About the Opportunity

The Senior Configuration Management role is critical for developing and maintaining the organization's continuous integration and deployment pipelines, managing data environments, and ensuring secure, scalable software solutions. This position supports the organization's mission by improving system reliability, integrating third-party applications, and leading technical projects that enhance healthcare technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for composite and callable workflows.
• Handle data environment management and migration into data warehouses.
• Integrate and manage third-party software to meet client needs.
• Design scalable, secure solutions and support existing systems.
• Lead root cause analyses and propose enhanced solutions.
• Administer key services such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Manage Python dependencies and software releases.
• Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting for analytics support.
• Conduct cost analyses and vendor comparisons for large projects.
• Provide escalated technical support and resolve complex system issues.
• Plan and oversee technical aspects of projects.
• Develop training tools and documentation.
• Research new technologies and prepare technical reports.
• Provide technical consultation to on-premises and hosted clients.
• Led and mentor less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development with a focus on CI/CD and automation.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Python.
• Experience in containerization and automation.
• Skilled in data environment management including SSIS/SSMS, data transformation, migration, and process automation.
• Knowledge of application configuration, database management, JSON, and security management in Linux and Windows.
• Background in software development, build/release processes, technical documentation, process flows, and third-party integrations.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 to $104,000.00 per year, with base pay varying by geographic region, experience, and other factors.
