Senior Compensation Partner
About the role
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for leading compensation strategy development, market analysis, and employee value proposition design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Design and communicate employee value propositions that enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment between compensation and other HR initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting compensation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation consulting or equivalent role.
- Proven ability to lead complex compensation projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale compensation systems and tools.
- Knowledge of compensation methodologies such as market-based, competency-based, and blended approaches.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to compensation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with compensation software and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay
Salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
