About the role

As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for leading compensation strategy development, market analysis, and employee value proposition design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and communicate employee value propositions that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment between compensation and other HR initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting compensation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation consulting or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to lead complex compensation projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale compensation systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation methodologies such as market-based, competency-based, and blended approaches.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to compensation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with compensation software and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay

Salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
