Senior Compensation Partner
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about Anduril (mission, Lattice OS). That's about company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About The Team" and description. Could be "About the role" or "About the team". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- About The Team (description of Anduril, mission, Lattice OS, etc). This could go under "About the role" maybe.
- "What You’ll Do" list of duties/responsibilities.
- "Required Qualifications" list.
- "Preferred Qualifications" list (including nice-to-have job qualifications with up to 6 bullet points). Also mention "Prior experience in a high growth, hyper scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up." etc.
- "US Salary Range $146,000—$194,000 USD" => Pay section.
- Benefits: description of benefits (highly competitive equity grants, top-tier benefits, etc). Also mention "At Anduril, we invest in our people..." etc.
- No explicit Schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It doesn't, so omit.
- Skills? Not explicitly listed, but maybe we can infer from qualifications: experience with job architecture, levelling guides, market analytics, analytical skills, communication, etc. Could be placed under Skills. But we must not invent detail; we can only include what is explicitly stated. The posting includes "Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations", "Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects with a strong operational background.", "Passionate about educating, mentoring and teaching partners the values and business impact behind compensation strategies". Those could be considered skills. Also "Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership". That's more experience. But we can put under Skills if we want. However we must not create a section if it's just filler. We have some skill statements, so we can include a Skills section with those bullet points.
- Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and maybe also "Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities". That's a requirement.
- Qualifications: maybe separate Required vs Preferred? The instruction says we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications (or nice-to-have). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's map:
- About the role: company description and team description.
- Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" bullet points.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications bullet points plus US Person requirement.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet points (nice-to-have). Could also include "Prior experience in a high growth, hyper scaling startup..." etc.
- Skills: maybe extract skill statements from Required Qualifications: "Strong analytical skills...", "Proven ability to track, prioritize...", "Passionate about educating, mentoring...". Also "Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership" could be experience not skill. But we can include.
- Benefits: benefits description.
- Pay: salary range.
- Schedule: none => omit.
We must not include boilerplate like "Explore Our Benefits", "Protecting Yourself from Recruitment Scams", Data Privacy, etc. Remove those.
Also remove duplicated lines: The posting repeats "The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors..." etc. We need to keep substantive info but not repeat. We'll keep the salary range sentence maybe once.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting that are not boilerplate. That includes the company mission description, Lattice OS, etc. Also the bullet points under "What You’ll Do". Also the Required Qualifications bullet points. Also the Preferred Qualifications bullet points. Also the US Person requirement. Also the benefits description (including equity grants, top-tier benefits, etc). Also the salary range statement.
We must not include the "Explore Our Benefits" link or the scam warning, data privacy, etc.
We must not include any navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. The Skills section duplicates some lines from Requirements; but those are also present in Requirements. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep them in both sections if they appear in both places? The posting had those skill statements under Required Qualifications. They are not duplicated elsewhere. So we could keep them only under Requirements or Skills. But we have both Requirements and Skills sections; if we put the same bullet in both, that's duplication. Better to keep skill statements only under Skills, and keep other requirements under Requirements (like experience, job architecture, etc). However the Required Qualifications list includes those skill statements; we need to preserve them somewhere. We can move them to Skills and not duplicate under Requirements. Let's adjust. Requirements: keep the experience-based items: 6+ years experience, experience with job architecture, levelling guides, market analytics, experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership, must be a US Person. Also maybe "Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership" is experience. Skills: keep the skill statements: strong analytical skills, proven ability to track/prioritize/drive multiple projects, passionate about educating/mentoring/teaching. We also have "Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects with a strong operational background." That's skill. Also "Passionate about educating, mentoring and teaching partners the values and business impact behind compensation strategies." That's skill. Also "Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations." That's skill. Thus Requirements list will be: - 6+ years of experience working in Compensation in roles. - Experience with job architecture, levelling guides and market analytics to ensure competitive compensation practices. - Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership. - Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. Skills list will be the three skill statements. Now Qualifications (Preferred) list as earlier. Now Benefits: we have description; we might also include "At Anduril, we invest in our people. Our comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) ensures you’re supported in health, recovery, and whatever comes next." plus earlier equity grants statement. We'll combine. Now Pay: include salary range sentence plus note about actual offer may vary. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Explore Our Benefits", "Protecting Yourself from Recruitment Scams", Data Privacy, etc. Check for any leftover: The posting also had "Include nice-to-have job qualifications with up to 6 bullet points" which is a meta instruction not actual content; we ignore. Now output HTML. Make sure to use proper escaping for any
