Responsibilities
- Drive compensation philosophy and design programs for client teams
- Build collaborative relationships with HR partners and leaders on compensation evolution
- Act as a trusted advisor for compensation decisions based on data analysis
- Research compensation best practices and assess the effectiveness of existing programs
- Contribute to the design and improvement of enterprise-level compensation processes
- Create and deliver compensation training materials to client teams
- Collaborate with Recruiting to ensure equitable new hire processes
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field
- 7+ years of experience in-house or advising, ideally in technology or compensation consulting
- Familiarity with job evaluation, market matching, and global compensation practices
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels
- Client-facing experience with Corporate Groups or EPD teams
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Tableau or SQL is a plus
