Senior Compensation Analyst - HR Compensation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or human resources with demonstrated knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, administration, and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR
- Experience with Compensation Analyst market pricing software
- A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Experience
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Academia

Schedule/Environment
- Upon hire, the position will be on-site; hybrid remote may be considered after the initial training period, to be determined by the department.
- This position primarily operates in an office environment; however, the role may require travel to various departments, clinical areas, and operational worksites to conduct job task analyses and observe work being performed.
- Incumbent may be required to walk through hospital units, laboratories, patient care areas, administrative offices, and other operational settings.
- While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to typical healthcare or operational environments, including moderate noise levels and standard safety precautions.
