Senior Community Manager- Sequel + the Foundry

About the role

Responsible for managing and enhancing the community environment at Sequel + the Foundry, including resident engagement, facility maintenance, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and implement community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
• Oversee security measures to maintain a secure living environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents to gather feedback and improve services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in community management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to residential settings.

Pay
