About the role
Responsible for managing and enhancing the community environment at Sequel + the Foundry, including resident engagement, facility maintenance, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and implement community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
- Oversee security measures to maintain a secure living environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents to gather feedback and improve services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in community management or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to residential settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
