Senior Developer Community Manager

The Senior Developer Community Manager is responsible for building and scaling meaningful relationships with developer communities in the evolving digital landscape. Key accountabilities include:

• Leading community engagement initiatives
• Strengthening developer relationships
• Create and execute engagement strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with developers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles
• Strong familiarity with modern software development workflows, technologies, and practices
• Demonstrated experience building and managing technical communities both online and in person
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience organizing online and offline communities
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to listen to technical conversations and identify trends
• Experience advocating for user needs and collaborating with internal teams
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for developer ecosystems, technology, security, AI, and creating positive user experiences
